On hallucinations and memory: the relationship between hallucinations and autobiographical overgenerality in Alzheimer's Disease

CONCLUSIONS: AD patients who are distressed by hallucinations may demonstrate autobiographical overgenerality as a strategy to avoid retrieving distressing information that may be related with hallucinations.
