Acute kidney injury events in patients with diabetes using sodium glucose transporter 2 inhibitors: a meta-analysis of cohort studies
ConclusionsCompared with oGLDs, SGLT2 inhibitors reduced the risk of suffering AKI and AKI hospitalization in the real-world setting. Vigilance to the occurrence of AKI should not be an obstacle to discourage clinicians from prescribing SGLT2 inhibitors.
