Effects of whole-body vibration exercise on functional capacity, muscle strength and thickness, and quality of life of post-COVID-19 patients: Case report
Alterations such as chronic fatigue, dyspnea, loss of muscle mass, joint pain, depression, anxiety, and heart palpitations have been described as symptoms of individuals who have been affected by COVID-19 (Salamanna et al., 2021). Aerobic and strength training programs improve metabolic equivalent-to-task levels, muscle strength, physical function, and the ability to exercise (Mayer et al., 2021).
