Pelvic Neuroblastoma of the Pediatric Prostate

We present a 4-year-old patient with pelvic neuroblastoma arising from the prostate and describe the medical and surgical management of this challenging case. While pelvic neuroblastoma may have an improved prognosis, this case demonstrates the challenging surgical decisions that accompany these patients to maintain quality of life while balancing oncologic efficacy of treatment.
