Interventional cardiac catheterization in neonates and premature infants with congenital heart disease: a single center experience

CONCLUSION: Procedure-related complications are higher in the neonatal period. Although the complication rate varies according to the type of procedure, longer fluoroscopy time and procedure duration are associated with an increased complication rate. Procedures performed with the right indications, appropriate equipment and by experienced teams will play a key role in reducing complication rates.PMID:38204308 | DOI:10.24953/turkjped.2022.1064
