This study aimed to explore whether specific pharmacologic exposure, namely neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor antagonists, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonists, and the nitric oxide (NO) release antagonist medroxyprogesterone, could serve as protective factors against PeVD symptom development.
