Genetic and non-genetic predictors of risk for opioid dependence

CONCLUSIONS: Results suggest an interplay between genetics and psychosocial environment in contributing to OD risk. While PRS alone do not yet have useful clinical predictive utility, psychosocial factors may help enhance prediction.
