Is a severe preoperative condition a contraindication for aortic valve-sparing reimplantation in type A aortic dissection?
CONCLUSIONS: Based upon our experience in the management of TAAD, a reimplantation procedure could be performed regardless preoperative malperfusion or shock, with an acceptable postoperative over mortality or morbidity.
