Identification of Shared Biomarkers and Immune Infiltration Signatures between Vitiligo and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
CONCLUSION: IFNG, STAT1, IL1B, and CXCL10, were the key IRDEGs to vitiligo and HT. These genes may participate in the comorbidity by remodeling the immune cell infiltration pattern, and cross-expressed antigens may mediate the common damage of melanocytes and thyroid tissues.PMID:38327551 | PMC:PMC10847670 | DOI:10.2147/CCID.S451080
