Standardization of the management of  rheumatoid purpura nephropathy in the West of France. What are the repercussions on the renal sequelae?

CONCLUSION: The protocol allowed a standardization of practices without deleterious consequences at 2 years of follow-up and a decrease in renal biopsy punctures. It is in agreement with the recommendations of KDIGO (Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes) and European experts.
