Neurokinin receptor 1 antagonists are effective in reducing nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy-induced emesis. We investigated the safety and efficacy of tradipitant, a neurokinin receptor 1 antagonist, in patients with idiopathic and diabetic gastroparesis.
