ConclusionsCAI needing hemostatic intervention occurred in 2.3% of patients after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Branch injury was more common than main trunk injury, and multiple vessel injuries were common. TAE appears to be safe and effective for controlling life-threatening hemorrhage.Graphical Abstract
