Factors affecting blood loss during hysteroscopy due to cesarean scar pregnancy

Introduction and objectives: The combined therapy of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP), implanted within a dehiscent scar ( “niche”), with the use of intra-amniotic and/or intravenous methotrexate (MTX), followed by hysteroscopic removal of products of conception, is effectively conducted at our center. Nevertheless, cases of intraoperative hemorrhage are difficult to predict. Since the prevention of excessive bleedi ng is critical to optimizing patient care, a study was planned to assess the factors affecting the severity of intraoperative bleeding.
