Introduction and objectives of the study: Bartter type V syndrome is a rare genetic, X-linked disorder characterised by hypercalciuria that can cause kidney disease, hyponatremia, hypokalaemia, elevated renin and aldosterone levels in the foetus and polyhydramnios.
