Manual therapy - possible method for premenstrual syndrome relief
Background: Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) occurs in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. PMS is characterized by psychological symptoms (mood swings, feeling sad or angry, motivation decrease) and physical symptoms such as breast tenderness, headache, or muscle pain. Treatment of PMS can be based on exercises, supplementing with vitamins, or hormonal therapy.
