Epinephrine Administration in Sublingual Immunotherapy Tablet Trials is Rare in Children
Anaphylaxis is a rare event associated with sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT)-tablet treatment. Epinephrine is a first-line treatment for anaphylaxis. The epinephrine use in pediatric subjects with allergic rhinitis/conjunctivitis participating in SLIT-tablet clinical trials is described.
