Value of 68Ga-FAPI-04 and 18F-FDG PET/CT in Early Prediction of Pathologic Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer

Conclusion: In this preliminary study, 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET change rate parameters were preferable to 18F-FDG in predicting pathologic response to NAC at an early stage in LAGC. 68Ga-FAPI %SUVmax and %TBR may be better predictors of therapeutic response between different treatment regimens. These findings may help optimize the treatment for patients with LAGC.
