Introduction: Data are inconsistent regarding the prevalence of coronary atherosclerotic plaques in patients with zero coronary artery calcium score (CACS). We aimed tWe included consecutive patients who underwent coronary CTA and had zero CACS in our retrospective analysis. We used multivariate logistic regression analysis to determine the independent predictors of the presence of any NCP.
