Drug-drug interaction perpetrators of oxycodone in patients with cancer: frequency and clinical relevance
ConclusionA high frequency of pharmacologically and clinically relevant perpetrators of oxycodone was observed in our cohort. Moreover, a high number of double interactions involving oxycodone was registered. More intense monitoring of DDIs may be needed to improve medication safety of patients with cancer taking oxycodone.
