Lactate Clearance And Mortality After Heart Transplantation: A Systematic Review And Meta-Analysis

Lactic acidosis (LA) is common after heart transplantation (HTX). Lactate clearance (LC) has been studied as a useful biomarker to predict survival in different patient populations. However, the role of LC after HTX remains unknown. In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we aim to compare LC among survivors and non-survivors after HTX.
