Evaluation Of Pharmacist-managed Titration Of Guideline-directed Medical Therapy In Patients With Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction Utilizing Telehealth - A Pilot Study
Patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) are commonly not prescribed target doses of guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT). Pharmacist-managed adjustment of GDMT, utilizing telehealth, may improve GDMT titration. The purpose of this study was to evaluate GDMT utilization and titration in patients with HFrEF enrolled in a pharmacist-led GDMT telehealth clinic.
