Concordance of ALK fusion gene-rearrangement between immunohistochemistry and next-generation sequencing

ConclusionOur results suggest that IHC and NGS might be complementary tests. In patients suspected of harboring ALK fusion gene-rearrangement, it should be analyzed using another diagnostic method.
