Development of a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for rapid detection of VZV

CONCLUSIONS: In this study, a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) was established for the detection of VZV.
