CONCLUSION: In our case, the patient presented with hemophagocytic syndrome with hemodynamic instability, indicating an intensive treatment is needed. The diagnosis of SPTCL necessitates a meticulous process of differential diagnosis, along with the cautious administration of an aggressive chemotherapy regimen.
