Evaluation of an application for the self-assessment of lifestyle behaviour in cardiac patients
CONCLUSION: The LifeStyleScore application was found to be usable for patients receiving CR. Its use did not result in increased patient activation, and of the lifestyle behaviours only physical activity levels improved.
