Aetiology of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea in a Dutch retrospective cohort from two tertiary referral centres

CONCLUSIONS: Even in a relatively non-obese population, the majority of CSF leaks is spontaneous and associated with female gender and obesity.
