Around 75% of patients with oral cavity cancers undergo OMFS with tracheostomy and free flap reconstruction. H&N ERAS is complex and challenging, hence modest uptake. Our tertiary HNC service introduced ERAS in 2010. Aim: Describe postoperative milestones and assess iatrogenic influences by measuring physical function perioperatively
