58. Contralateral drainage in oral cavity cancer in a sentinel lymph node biopsy referral centre

Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SNB) determines lymph node status on a patient specific basis. This approach identifies first echelon nodes outside the typically dissected neck levels, such as well-lateralised tumors which drain to the contralateral neck. We aim to report the incidence of contralateral/bilateral drainage in well-lateralised oral cavity cancers and identify predictive factors.
