Rationale: Diet has been reported to be a key component to optimal outcomes in cancer patients and survivors1. Due to the increasing number of cancer survivors, the need to develop innovative pathways of co-ordinated care to manage the nutrition-related symptoms and side effects of treatment has never been more pertinent.
