Rationale: Nowadays, in the human diet there is a widespread de ficit of different mineral components that influence body healthy development therefore many studies on biofortification (enriching) cultivated plants in various elements are started everywhere in the world. The agro technical method of biofortifying plants with mineral components are considered a s one of the cheapest ways leading to the reduction deficits in the human and animal diet.
