Near complete response to platinum-based systemic chemotherapy in high-risk upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) with an ERBB2 gene mutation: A Case Report

We describe an excellent response to cisplatin-based chemotherapy in metastatic UTUC with an ERBB2 mutation. Our patient is a 54-year-old female with metastatic UTUC who received systemic cisplatin and gemcitabine. Post-chemotherapy imaging demonstrated decreased size of pyelocaliceal mass and decreased retroperitoneal adenopathy compared to initial imaging.
