Twice-daily versus once-daily vaginal dinoprostone gel for induction of labor at term: A randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Among women admitted for induction of labor at term, closer interval of vaginal PGE2 administration was associated with a significantly shorter induction-to-delivery time without increasing maternal or neonatal morbidity.
