Delays in adjuvant radiotherapy for primary breast cancer is harmful, especially in low-income countries

Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTOur retrospective cohort study of the effects of radiotherapy delay on the oncological outcome of breast cancer patients showed a prolonged radiotherapy waiting interval was associated with a statistically significant increase in the 3-year breast cancer-specific mortality.
