Cost of illness due to pertussis in adults ≥50 years of age in the United Kingdom

CONCLUSION: Total cost of pertussis in the UK among adults ≥50 years of age is substantial and highest for adults 55-59 years of age. Indirect costs were the main contributors to the economic burden.PMID:37839946 | DOI:10.1016/j.vaccine.2023.10.010
