Efficient brain tumor segmentation using Swin transformer and enhanced local self-attention

ConclusionWe developed an automated framework for brain tumor segmentation using Swin transformer and enhanced local self-attention. Experimental results show that our method outperforms state-of-th-art 3D algorithms for brain tumor segmentation.
