Retrospective analysis of the management of pelvic decubitus ulcers and their outcomes
CONCLUSIONS: Among patients with decubitus-related osteomyelitis who did not undergo myocutaneous flapping, outcomes were generally poor regardless of treatment, and not significantly improved with prolonged antibiotics.
