Retinol palmitate in management of chronic Steven-Johnson Syndrome with ocular surface keratinization
CONCLUSION: Topical Retinol palmitate is a safe and effective drug in cases of chronic SJS with ocular surface keratinisation. It has the potential to reverse keratinisation of the ocular surface and promote development of goblet cells.
