Evaluation of health-related quality of life among the older adults with and without hypertension: results of a cross-sectional study

ConclusionCompared with non-hypertensive respondents, hypertensive patients performed worse in all aspects of HRQoL. In addition to focusing on common health risk factors (e.g. cognitive impairment and NCDs), more care should also be prior to giving to older hypertensive patients with low socioeconomic status and encouraging them to engage in regular physical activity.
