Sialic acid biosynthesis pathway blockade disturbs neuronal network formation in human iPSC ‐derived excitatory neurons
This study shows that sialic acid is necessary for neuronal network formation during human neuronal development and provides a physiologically relevant model to study the role of sialic acid in patient-derived iNeurons.
