Anaphylaxis and systemic mastocytosis controlled with KIT inhibitors in a patient with metastatic lung adenocarcinoma
A 58 ‐year‐old female with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM) and metastatic non‐ small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) presented with anaphylaxis to osimertinib with three attempts at rapid drug desensitization (RDD).
