Surgery for Secondary Spontaneous Pneumothorax with Chronic Lung Diseases

CONCLUSIONS: The morbidity and recurrence were comparable between PSP and SSP cases with COPD, whereas these values were unfavorable in SSP cases with IP compared with PSP ones.
