A New Low-dose CTP Imaging Protocol With Four-dimensional Similarity Filter
Introduction: Four-dimensional similarity filter (4D-SF) is a noise reduction filter using a similarity algorithm, specializing in dynamic computed tomography perfusion (CTP) imaging. We developed a new low-dose CTP protocol (multi-static CTP method) with 4D-SF by acquisition of five static CTP images. We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of multi-static CTP methods for detecting obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) comparison of the conventional CTP methods (dynamic CTP and static CTP).
