‘Just do it’ still applies when it comes to exercise, diet, and education for osteoarthritis

In this issue of Osteoarthritis and Cartilage, Gibbs et al.1 set out to move the needle for clinical care by identifying common themes for treatment recommendations for osteoarthritis (OA). This was previously done almost a decade ago by Nelson et al.2, and the purpose of the current study was to update readers with the latest literature. Added to this installment was a rating of the quality of treatment guidelines, with a focus on those that were of higher quality. Importantly, the authors sought to find consistency among those recommendations that were of higher quality.
