Anticoagulation use in perioperative atrial fibrillation after noncardiac surgery: a systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: Anticoagulation is associated with a reduced risk of stroke and death but an increased risk of bleeding. The quality of the evidence is very poor.
