Unfortunately most universities don't accept BTECs for medicine and require a level Biology and Chemistry. Some will accept BTECs alongside science alevels, however there are some other options if you are determined to get into medicine. Manchester offers a preliminary year course for medicine, which accepts BTECs alongside a levels, but requires 7 Grade 7s at GCSE. You could alternatively look into access to Access to higher education courses for medicine or to look into graduate entry medicine through degree courses such as Biomedical sciences, which would be achievable with BTEC Science qualifications, but are longer and often more competitive than standard entry medicine. Overall, medicine is not an impossibility but unfortunately there is not a simple route into it and come with a high degree of uncertainty.
