Simplified Geleijnse score for identifying chest pain features associated with coronary ischemia
Currently, there are multiple risk scores to determine the prognosis of high-risk patients presenting with an acute coronary syndrome (ACS) to chest pain units or emergency departments. For example, the PURSUIT score predicts the risk of death or death/myocardial infarction (MI) at 30-days after admission in patients with unstable angina and non-ST elevation MI, the TIMI risk score estimates mortality for patients with unstable angina and non-ST elevation MI, and GRACE score predicts mortality among ACS patients.
