William McRaven, spokesperson for BrainHealth Week During BrainHealth Week 2023 (February 20–24th), hosted by the Center for BrainHealth at UT-Dallas, you can get access to simple, science-based tools and strategies that we can incorporate into our daily life. Each day’s theme focuses on a different aspect contributing to better brain health. With many ways to participate, BrainHealth Week makes it easy for people of any age to begin – or continue – the journey to a healthier brain. How to Participate: 1) Take the Daily Text Challenge by texting BRAIN to 888–844-8991. Take simple steps to improve your brain health. During BrainHealth Week, we will text you a daily habit to try out, the science behind it, and how it can help improve brain health. 2) Attend events virtually or in person at the Center for BrainHealth in Dallas, Texas, including talks and panel discussions with: Dr. Tom Insel, neuroscientist, psychiatrist and former director of the National Institute of Mental Health and author Dr. Kara Allen, chief impact officer for Spurs Sports & Entertainment Kat...
