ConclusionsNormalized apparent diffusion coefficient and proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy are helpful in differentiating obstructive azoospermia from non-obstructive azoospermia and predicting sperm retrieval and related histological alterations in men with non-obstructive azoospermia.
