Availability and Access to Non-Cross Contaminated Gluten-Free Foods on Campus and in the Community for College Students Diagnosed with Celiac Disease

Upon completion, participants will be able to understand the experience of university students with celiac disease and identify the efficacy of a college campus and community in accommodating these students.
