Efficacy of generic teriparatide and alendronate in Chinese postmenopausal women with osteoporosis: a prospective study

ConclusionsTeriparatide was not inferior to alendronate in increasing BMD at lumbar spine in Chinese postmenopausal women, and they achieved these effects through different mechanisms.
